According to the cancellation policy of PhaistosVillas, in case of a cancellation of your accommodation reservation, please bear in mind the following terms:
- For a cancellation, that is made more than 8 weeks before the arrival date, there is no charge and the total of the deposit is returned.
- For a cancellation within the period of 6 – 8 weeks before the arrival date, an amount equal to 25% of the total accommodation value is withheld.
- For a cancellation within the period of 4 to 6 weeks before the arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total accommodation value is withheld.
- For a cancellation within a period of less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the whole amount of the value of the accommodation is withheld.
- In the case of an early departure, you are charged with the whole amount for the accommodation, as this was organized from the start, for the days that are being cancelled.
- In the case of a non appearance, you are charged with the 100% of the total amount for the reservation, as was organized.
Please note that cancelation due to Covid-19 pandemic imposed by the government, like closing of rental facilities or air travel ban, the whole amount paid is refunded.
